How would you like to relate to people in a positive way in a tropical paradise? You can buy lots on the island of Hawaii direct for as little as $7,000 US dollars, you don’t have to go through anyone.
Although it’s a volcanic island, people live longer here than almost anywhere else in the world. It is as healthy an environment as you can find anywhere on earth.
This is new land which is appropriate for a new earth experiment. The land here is inexpensive because of volcanic activity. However, this is why it is inexpensive, which makes it possible for just about anybody to participate. You can do this if you have the will and focus your energy on the goal (as I teach).
There is as much risk to life and limb as there is the possibility of getting struck by lightning. This is not an island that is going to explode like happened in Pompeii. If there is an eruption, the lava flow is a crawl and poses no risks to human life, but only to property.
There are three levels of risk, and we don’t generally acquire property in the level one risk area. If you like gambling, the odds are good that you will make money in paradise. If there are no eruptions, you get to live in the most beautiful paradise on earth inexpensively and the property appreciates significantly.
There are areas on the Big Island of Hawaii where homes typically cost between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. If it wasn’t a desirable place to live, people wouldn’t be paying this much for homes on the island.
Buy a lot or join the planned community
Lots are available to purchase now, or you can wait until late in 2024 when we hope to have a more defined area for like-minded people to live in luxury. Living with like-minded spiritual people with a positive and humanitarian mindset isn’t any different than living in any community except for positive people.
There are benefits to surrounding yourself with positive people, many of whom have a humanitarian mindset. I am advertising the experiment to attract people to participate in our experiment. I am not selling lots.
You don’t have to live off-grid. This article was posted so that people looking for off-grid living opportunities could find this experiment, but it is as much for luxury living as it is for off-grid living. It is more off-grid in thought than in dependency on utilities.
There are already positive, spiritual people with a humanitarian focus living in the area. If we focus our energy, we can help to create a better future for humanity from this location in paradise.
I will explain my theory on this site and on earth-network.org. You don’t need a degree to realize that there are a lot of problems in the world. Those problems have internal causes. We will do our best to eliminate those causes in this experiment. Then we will make observations.
In 1969 the Woodstock festival in New York revealed that half a million kids could coexist without any incidents of violence or crime. This was a result of the attitude, beliefs and focus of the youth participating. Specific beliefs will bring about harmonious behavior. (Click below to learn more.)

Is Pahoa Hawaii a good place to live?
South of Hilo on the island of Hawaiʻi’s easternmost tip lies the Puna district and town of Pāhoa, known for its free-spirited vibe.
The area is known for its high life expectancy
Pahoa has restaurants, a post office, banks, grocery stores, organic food market, gyms, fast food, gas stations, black sand beaches and places to explore. We will be growing all our own exotic tropical fruit, fresh food and coffee. There are also many outdoor activities to enjoy for healthy living. These facts are partially responsible for the fact that there are only three places on earth where people live as long as they do in Puna.
A Forbes article says, “Using federal data from the Centers for Disease Control, Bureau of Economic Analysis and the Census Bureau… found that Hawaii has the highest overall ranking of all states with a life expectancy of 80.7 years.”
Something that will work
When it comes to solving world problems, the more conventional approaches don’t work — they are what got us into trouble in the first place. We are offering something different that will stop violence, division, unhappiness, illness, and will create peace and prosperity.
People are coming together now. We have a new initiative to create a better kind of civilization with less negativity, degradation and chaos.
We will transform the planet.

International philosophy is based on the idea that we are fundamentally good rather than naturally inclined to do wrong, with the knowledge that what we believe is physically manifest. Flawed beliefs generate flawed behavior in the same way a faulty operating program in a good computer will cause it to run improperly.

The United Nations represents the positive intents of our civilization and collective consciousness. It is a democratic ideal born of a collective vision or dream in 1945. A community born of a vision and effort to create a gathering place and consortium of ideas that best represent the positive intents of our civilization and the individual.
